New Westminster Civic Centre New westminister, B.C.   The project has a $35-million budget with an anticipated completion date of December 2013. A focal feature of this project is the 400 seat theatre planned for the third level that sits at a slight angle to the street. The civic facility and restaurant space will total approximately 92,000 square feet and will include an additional 130,000-square-foot commercial office tower above. The mezzanine and second floor have space allocated for an art gallery, museum and teaching space, as well as storage and support, while a functional arts space is planned for the second and third floors.
