Stz'uminus Secondary is designed as a 130 m2 steel frame, two storey high school including a special industrial arts area, gymnasium, home economics, science room, art classroom, lecture hall, library, multi-purpose room and 4 standard classrooms. The scope of work includes a horizontal looped geothermal heat recovery field in one of the existing play fields. Other mechanical innovation consists of in floor radiant heating and partial cooling, displacement ventilation and air to air heat recovery.
