Vancouver Fire Hall #15Vancouver, B.C.The AME Group was commissioned by Hughes Condon Marler Architects on behalf of the City of Vancouver for the mechanical design for Fire Hall #15 at 3003 East 22nd Avenue in Vancouver, BC. The existing heritage style Fire Hall will be renovated to include an additional 3 bay apparatus space to the east side of the building. AME is providing mechanical system design to achieve LEED NC Gold Rating standards. Mechanical design incorporates sustainable strategies such as a groundsource heating pump system for heating and cooling, heat pumps, rainwater collection and reuse, heat recovery and radiant floor heating.
